That is a genuine cost to us on every project that doesn't convert, and it only makes commercial sense if the work is good often enough — which is exactly the incentive a client should want their agency to have.

The second reason is that it removes the worst part of buying design: arguing about something that doesn't exist yet. Nobody can meaningfully evaluate a wireframe. Everybody can evaluate a website on their own phone.

Auren picks the projects. Building for free costs real time, so not every enquiry gets a free build. The discovery call is partly Auren deciding whether this is a fit. If it isn't, you'll be told on the call rather than strung along.

48 hours is the standard, not a universal promise. Heavy e-commerce, large multi-location sites and complex integrations take 72 to 96 hours. You are told which applies to you before the clock starts, not after.

It is a subscription, not a one-time purchase. The flat monthly fee covers hosting, the domain, unlimited edits and ongoing SEO. If you stop paying, the site stops being hosted and maintained by Auren. That is the trade for ₹0 upfront and unlimited ongoing work — and it is stated plainly here rather than buried in a contract, because there is no contract.

The free build is the real site. It is not a stripped demo that gets unlocked on payment. What you see on the staging URL is what goes live.
